Your first trip to Disneyland, August 2007
Your second trip to Disneyland, January 2008

Your first experience in the snow. We went to Utah during New Years for cousin Quinton's blessing.
Our annual trip to Mammoth. You had so much fun with Kennedy and MacKenzie, all three of you loved the dirt.
You loved going to Uncle Ben's football games at BC. You would cheer right along with everyone else, but the best part of the night was always...the famous Kettle Corn. If we didn't get some for you, you would make friends with whoever was sitting around us and try to get their popcorn.
For Christmas we brought home your new best friend, Bella. You two have become true best friends, you can love eachother one minute and be fighting the next. You have developed a love for all dogs and expect them to return the love, even strange dogs.
You fell to sleep at the dinner table for the first time. We were eating spaghetti, very classic moment.
You learned all the motions for Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree. It was really fun that we happen to have an apricot tree in our back yard, so when you were going thru the popcorn phase, you would run up to the tree and make the popcorn motion with your hands at the blossoms on the tree.
Enough of this past year, currently you are growing by leaps and bounds. Your vocabulary is expanding every day and you never cease to amaze me with the things you know how to do. Your current favorite song is "Sing, sing, sing" and you say all the words. Your favorite otter-pop color is green, (we have the tropical flavors right now.) You love to go up to daddy's salt-water fish tank and ask for a star-fish. They are overpopulating the tank right now, so daddy takes one out and hands it to you and you think it is the best thing ever. Currently, you are getting your two year molars, which are not very pleasant, for you or for me. You love to pick up daddy from work so you can see the trains. You LOVE to count. You say un, cho, tree (very excitedly). Your are very kind and tenderhearted. You make sure everyone is included in whatever is going on. You are very thoughtful and make sure everyone has 'some' be it fruitsnacks or popsicles. You have started saying "what's that mommy?" (ALL THE TIME). I will tell you over and over and over until I ask you to say the name of it too, then you finally get it and stop asking. You love to see pictures of family and friends. Before you would ask who the people were, or we would ask you who so'n'so is and you would point at them. Now we ask who they are and you tell us. I think most of all you LOVE your daddy. You spend most of the day asking me where he is. telling me that he is at work, or pointing him out in pictures around the house. When the garage door opens up, you come running to me and say "daddy's home", then run to the door waiting for him to come in. Your face lightens up and you are SO HAPPY to see him. You love to go bye-bye. You are more than willing to leave mommy if it means that you get to go bye-bye. You are an early riser (5:30am) and sometimes you come to get us or sometimes you go to hang out with your Auntie, she will usually turn a movie on for you in her room and let you hang out with her. Daddy said that yesterday morning you were in bed with Auntie and when you saw him leaving for work you looked up, blew him a kiss, and said 'bye Daddy!' He loved that. You love to call Nana, and ask several times a day if we can call her. Nana and Papa like to sing to you when they talk to you on the phone, and you like to lead them. You will get your 'We sing' book and lead your hand as if you were conducting.

There is so much more I could say. You have become a beautiful little girl. Your daddy and I have absolutely loved the past two years with you in our lives. You bring an increase of joy and laughter to us all the time. We love you so much Madelynn Grace!!
