Day at the Temple

We went down to the Temple today. It was so cute, Jacob and I took turns going in while the other one stayed outside with the babies. When Jacob went inside Madelynn asked where Daddy went and I said inside the Temple, in Jesus' house. She replied "Oh, Jesus Home" like she knew exactly where he was.

Anyway, while we were waiting for Jacob, I found a nice shady spot with dry grass to sit down and eat our lunch. I put down the blanket and not two seconds later we were INVADED by a wedding party. I stood back about ten feet with the baby and the stroller, but Madelynn didn't seem to mind one bit, she sat right down on the blanket, pulled out her pb&j and began to partake while enjoying the crowd who, as far as she was concerned, was there to entertain her. She is so funny!!


Here she is enjoying her pb&j. You can see the baggie between her legs, she is just starting to figure out how to open them, so it was extra funny to me to see her plop herself down and start chompin'. She ended up eating HALF of the pb&j while being entertained.


Here she is enjoying the entertainment. She sat there for a good 15 minutes thoroughly enjoying herself.
